Open Air Event’s were recently engaged by a health network to provide and manage a variety of temporary infrastructure to assist with the delivery of health information as well as COVID testing. The site was intended to provide free hand sanitizer, face masks, and provide booklets and information for both children and adults regarding COVID-19 and best practices.
OAE supplied the following marquee hire related infrastructure;
10m x 5m Structure – Office / Tea Room
- Hard walled with double glass door.
- Kitchenette including microwave, fridge & urn.
- Large lockable cupboards
- Internal exhibition partitioning to separate tea-room from office area.
- Cassette flooring system with oak veneer finish.
- Air grilles for reverse cycle air-conditioning ducts.
- LED internal lighting and external spotlights.
- Hand wash basin
- Associated tables and chairs
- Power & Distribution
6m x 6m Structure – Information / Testing Station

Supplementary to the above infrastructure, OAE also managed and coordinated the temporary fencing and scrim, 60kva generator + fuel cell and associated power distribution. We stock in house IP rated distribution boards, 3 phase leads and have our own portable diesel refuelling tank to ensure generators and fuel cell’s do not run out of fuel whilst operational. Our friends @coolbreezerentals provided the reverse cycle units.
